IM Marketing is a leading film and entertainment marketing agency delivering Trade Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, Experiential, Content and Publicity campaigns across the UK and EMEA. We specialise in theatrical and home entertainment, creating culturally relevant brand partnerships that drive audience engagement and maximise box office impact. Our clients include:

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Partnerships Executive to join our team and support the delivery of high-profile film campaigns. This role will focus on developing and executing brand partnerships across theatrical and home entertainment releases. You’ll be involved from idea generation through to campaign reporting — playing a key role in bringing exciting collaborations to life. If you’re commercially minded, highly organised and passionate about entertainment marketing, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a specialist agency environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Partnership Strategy & Development

  • Researching and identifying relevant brand partners
  • Generating creative partnership ideas aligned to film positioning
  • Supporting proposal creation and pitch materials

Outreach & Relationship Management

  • Leading outreach to brands and agencies
  • Coordinating meetings and follow-ups
  • Building strong working relationships with partners

Campaign Execution

  • Supporting implementation of approved partnerships
  • Managing assets, approvals and timelines
  • Ensuring deliverables and KPIs are achieved

Reporting & Account Support

  • Preparing client status reports and presentations
  • Attending and contributing to client meetings
  • Delivering post-campaign reporting and insights

About You

  • At least 1 year’s experience in an agency, brand, partnerships or marketing role
  • Exposure to brand partnerships, influencer collaborations, promotional marketing or campaign delivery
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident in proposal writing and creating presentation materials
  • Highly organised and detail-focused
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Commercially minded with a proactive, solutions-driven attitude
  • Passionate about film, entertainment and popular culture
