Partnerships & Growth Lead – Data & AI
Digital Delivered | Permanent, full-time | Remote
£50,000–£60,000 base + uncapped commission on pipeline and revenue + opportunity to earn equity
UK-based preferred; open to candidates elsewhere in Europe. Global remit, with travel to clients, partners and events as needed.
About the Role
Build the partnerships. Open the right doors. Help shape our growth. Digital Delivered helps manufacturing, supply chain, healthcare and life sciences businesses turn data and AI into measurable operational improvements.
Our clients include Tier 1 & Tier 2 Pharma, Top 50 FMCG and Packaging firms, and Industrial Manufactures to name a cross section. Our difference? People who have been in the seat, led the change and understand what it takes to deliver, combining industry experience with data and AI expertise.
We’re looking for a commercially curious, proactive relationship builder to turn that credibility into repeatable growth.
What You’ll Own
- Technology partnerships: Develop our OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft and AWS relationships, driving joint account plans, certifications, programme progression, co-selling and partner-sourced opportunities. Keep our client recommendations vendor-neutral.
- New business: Research target accounts, map decision-makers and create qualified conversations with operations, plant, quality, continuous improvement and digital leaders. Use relevant, personalised outreach across email, LinkedIn and phone.
- Marketing alignment: Work with our Marketing Leader on campaigns, content, events and partner co-marketing that generate pipeline. Feed market insight back into our messaging and follow up leads promptly.
- Discovery and handover: Understand the operational problem, data maturity, previous initiatives, budget and timing. Brief the Company Director and keep Pipedrive accurate, including opportunity sources and next steps.
- Account growth: Open conversations with additional sites within existing client groups, following agreed account plans.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, healthcare or life sciences is valuable, alongside Microsoft/AWS co-selling, ERP/MES, operational excellence or regulated environments such as GxP. European languages, international selling experience and experience building processes in a small firm are also welcome.
What Success Looks Like
Clear partner and certification plans, a joined-up marketing plan and first qualified meetings by month two, building to four per month by month three. From there: stronger direct and partner pipeline, partner progression and joint propositions grounded in real deployments.
Our engagements are six-figure, with typical buying cycles of six to nine months. Credibility, judgement and thoughtful follow-through matter.
What You’ll Gain
Ownership of a growing practice, direct access to leadership, funded certifications, manufacturing-domain training and the tools to succeed. You’ll help build the playbook.
