Location: United Kingdom

Salary: £39,788 - £45,472

Working Pattern: Home-based with occasional national travel

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Partnerships and Integration Manager to play a pivotal role in developing and managing strategic partnerships that enhance the delivery of employability, health and wellbeing services.

Acting as the key link between local stakeholders, employers, and internal delivery teams, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing external partners, ensuring services are delivered to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and performance. You'll support the mobilisation of new contracts, monitor partnership effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement to achieve positive outcomes for participants.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong stakeholder management experience, commercial awareness, and a passion for building collaborative partnerships that create lasting social impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, charities, employers, and community organisations.
  • Identify and establish new partnership opportunities that strengthen service delivery and improve participant outcomes.
  • Lead the onboarding of new delivery partners, ensuring alignment with operational models, contractual requirements, and quality standards.
  • Manage ongoing partner relationships, providing support to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Support the mobilisation and implementation of new contracts and programmes.
  • Ensure partner services are fully integrated within wider operational delivery.
  • Monitor partnership performance using data, KPIs, and operational insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure all partnerships operate in line with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance frameworks.
  • Produce reports and performance updates for senior stakeholders where required.
  • Identify, manage, and escalate operational and compliance risks appropriately.
  • Work collaboratively across internal teams to support continuous service improvement and social value objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
