About One House
One House is a London social club for people in their 20s and 30s. We run 5-8 events per month, from games nights and supper clubs to author talks, film screenings and a summer countryside retreat. We've got 2,000+ members and see 250+ people come through the door every month.
We started in 2024 as an idea between friends who wanted a space that felt like a second home. Two years on, we're now building a small team to help us take things to the next level.
The role
As a relatively young social club, we've so far handled partnerships on an ad hoc basis, alongside everything else we do. We've collaborated with brands such as Urban Outfitters and PerfectTed, and we now want to increase our focus on this. We're looking for someone to create and implement our partnership strategy - someone who understands a social club like ours, knows which brands belong in it, and can build partnerships that make sense for where we are and where we're heading.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
