Your team & responsibilities

We are looking for an ambitious, proactive Partnerships Intern to support our growth in one of Readly’s core markets, the UK. Working directly with the Partnerships Manager UK, you will get hands-on experience in high-impact commercial partnerships: from scouting and outreach to executing co-marketing campaigns and performance analysis.

This role offers real commercial responsibility and serves as an ideal entry point into the fast-paced world of digital partnerships, business development, and growth marketing.

Your missions

1. Outreach & Partner Acquisition

  • Scout & Prospect: Identify, research, and evaluate potential brand partners, B2C opportunities, and co-marketing leads across the UK region.
  • Cold Outreach: Draft compelling, localised pitch emails and outreach materials to engage high-potential brand partners.
  • Pipeline Support: Maintain and organise the prospective partnership pipeline, ensuring smooth follow-ups and tracking initial outreach efforts.

2. Campaign Execution & Partner Operations

  • Co-Marketing Setup: Support the day-to-day planning, setup, and rollout of partnership campaigns for new and existing strategic partners.
  • Asset Coordination: Liaise with partners and internal teams to gather creative assets, build landing pages, and organise promotional materials.
  • Operational Support & Coordination: Assist the Partnerships team in tracking campaign timelines, organising voucher codes, and collecting partner assets to support seamless execution.

3. Data Tracking & Reporting

  • Performance Dashboards: Assist in tracking, gathering, and analysing key performance metrics (conversion rates, leads, partner-driven trials).
  • Campaign Recaps: Help compile slide decks, partner performance reports, and actionable insights to evaluate campaign success and optimise future deals.

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Track partner promotions, bundle offers, and commercial trends in the UK digital subscription and media space.
  • Identify new potential partnership channels and innovative co-branding formats for Readly to test.

Who are we looking for?

You are at the right place if you have:

  • Aspiring Business & Partnerships Professional: You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, International Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Hands-on & Proactive: You have a pragmatic mindset, take full ownership of your tasks, and aren’t afraid to pick up the phone or send pitch emails to kick off partner conversations.
  • Strong Communicator: Native/fluent level in English. You can tailor written communications persuasively for external brand partners.
  • Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Comfortable working with basic data and spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) to track partner conversions and campaign success.
  • Commercial Mindset: You are curious about how brand collaborations work, customer acquisition mechanics, and corporate deals.
