Job Description
As Mailpool's first dedicated partnerships hire, you will hunt and close deals with outreach platforms, agency groups, and AI SDR companies. You'll own the full cycle—from initial outreach and technical scoping to contract negotiation and launch—designing custom deal models that establish Mailpool as the default infrastructure layer for global cold email campaigns.

- Hunt and close high-value partnerships with outreach platforms and AI SDR companies, managing the full cycle from first touch through technical scoping to launch.

- Drive post-signature revenue growth through partner enablement, joint marketing campaigns, and ongoing performance reviews to ensure long-term success for every integrated partner.
The ideal candidate
- A proven hunter with 3+ years in tech sales or partnerships who thrives on opening cold conversations and navigating complex deal cycles to a close.
- Technically comfortable discussing DNS, email deliverability, and API integrations, capable of holding their own in discovery calls with CTOs and product leads.
- Fluent in English and based in Europe, with a mindset for quality-led selling and the autonomy to operate in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
