We're working with a growing organisation operating across football, education, and youth development, looking to appoint a Partnerships Manager as it continues to expand.
This is a hands-on role focused on developing new relationships with schools and organisations, growing the partnership base, and creating new opportunities.
About the Role
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities.
- Build relationships across the football and education sectors.
- Manage opportunities from the first conversation through to agreement.
- Develop and maintain a strong prospect pipeline.
- Lead meetings, presentations, and commercial discussions.
- Work towards clear growth and acquisition targets.
- Build a structured approach to partnership development.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop and retain successful partnerships.

About You
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in partnerships, business development, or sales.
- A track record of developing relationships and securing new opportunities.
- Confident communicating with senior stakeholders.
- Commercially minded and motivated by achieving targets.
- Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Experience in football, sport, education, or youth-focused organisations would be advantageous.

Location: London
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
