Commercial Development Lead – Carbon Solutions

Responsibilities
You’ll:
- Lead the acquisition of diverse project developers, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-potential opportunities
- Support peer team members in securing top-tier project developers
- Own and optimise critical processes, including:
- Triaging inbound leads efficiently
- Overseeing supplier onboarding
- Leveraging AI tools to improve workflows over time
- Champion Isometric’s brand by representing the company at events and Engaging with strategic partners across different sectors and geographies

Requirements
We’re looking for candidates with:
- A strong motivation to advance climate and carbon removal, coupled with an eagerness to engage with complex topics
- A knack for fast-paced, dynamic workspaces and a proactive mindset to get things done
- Advanced proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Claude Cowork)
- Clear and confident communication skills, able to simplify technical information for non-specialist audiences

A STEM background or experience in startups and/or technical sectors (e.g., finance, law, software) would be a significant advantage.
