The Role
This is not a traditional 9-to-5 desk job or an inbox-admin position. As our Partnerships Manager on the Junior Agent Track, you will be on the front lines driving real strategy and revenue. You will actively pitch talent, take point on client calls, build brand strategies, and close deals. We need a self-starter who takes end-to-end ownership of campaigns, anticipates needs, and moves with intent.

What You'll Do
- Proactive Pitching: Turn brand leads and creative concepts into paid campaigns through active outreach.
- Client & Brand Calls: Lead pitches directly with brand reps and agency leads with confidence and clarity.
- Talent Strategy: Map out long-term, multi-touchpoint brand strategies for talent rather than relying on one-off transactional briefs.
- Campaign Management: Manage campaign lifecycles from initial contact and contract negotiation through to final execution and reporting.
- Junior Agent Track: Work alongside leadership to master talent management, build industry relationships, and step into a Talent Agent role.
What We're Looking For
- Right to Work: UK Citizen or holder of Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILTR).
- High Ownership: You follow up relentlessly, solve issues independently, and don't wait to be reminded about key deliverables.
- Strong Communicator: Natural relationship builder who excels in live presentations and client calls.
- Creator Ecosystem Savvy: Deep understanding of digital media trends, influencer campaigns, and brand marketing.

Work Setup & Perks
- Start Date: October 1st.
- Location: Flexible hybrid model (WFH most days with 1–2 half-days per week in Central London for team syncs).
