Partnerships Manager
Northreach supports innovative fintech companies with specialist commercial and technology hiring. We are currently partnering with a growing UK payments company seeking a commercially driven Partnerships Manager to develop and grow its network of software platform and technology partners.
This is a broad, hands-on position combining new partner acquisition, commercial negotiation, relationship development and cross-functional collaboration. You will help turn partnership opportunities into successful launches, new customers and sustainable revenue growth.
The Opportunity
You’ll own the partnership journey—from identifying prospects and opening conversations through to negotiating agreements and getting partners live. Working closely with Product, Marketing and Operations, you’ll turn signed partnerships into active relationships that generate customers and revenue.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Building a prioritised pipeline of software platforms, technology partners and referral opportunities across financial services.
- Generating opportunities through outbound outreach, introductions and industry events.
- Presenting the commercial value of a partnership to senior stakeholders.
- Negotiating terms and taking agreements through to signature.
- Coordinating onboarding, launch plans and partner enablement.
- Developing selected existing partnerships to unlock further growth.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records, forecasts and performance reporting.
- Sharing market feedback to help shape products and commercial activity.

What You’ll Bring
- Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech or technology, with a background in partnerships, business development or new business sales.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets.
- Experience working with software vendors, platforms, resellers or other channel partners.
- Confidence prospecting, negotiating and building relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Strong organisation, pipeline management and follow-through.
- A hands-on approach and the motivation to take ownership in a growing business.
- Direct payments experience isn’t essential—training will be provided. Experience selling into regulated financial services would be helpful.
