Go-To-Market Manager | TV, Streaming & Digital Entertainment

£40,000–£45,000 + 25% bonus & benefits

London Bridge/Waterloo – Onsite

Want to build your career at the intersection of entertainment, technology and commercial growth? We’re working with an innovative and fast-growing business that is changing the way consumers access and discover TV and streaming content.

As the business enters an exciting new phase of growth, they’re looking for an ambitious Go-To-Market Manager to help launch and scale their proposition through their existing ISP partners.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone relatively early in their career who wants real commercial exposure, ownership and visibility rather than simply becoming another cog in a large corporate machine. You’ll sit at the heart of new partner launches, working across sales, marketing, customer experience and operations to turn commercial agreements into successful propositions that customers actually buy.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

A huge part of the role is about people. You’ll work closely with partner sales teams across retail, telesales, digital and field sales helping them understand the proposition, creating excitement around it, delivering training and incentives, and ultimately helping them sell more. You’ll also get involved in launch planning, marketing campaigns, sales performance, forecasting and partner relationships so you’ll gain exposure to the full commercial journey from launch strategy through to customer acquisition and growth.

We’re not necessarily looking for somebody who has done this exact job before. You might currently be working in telecoms, broadband, utilities, subscription services, consumer technology or another B2B2C environment, perhaps in sales, account management, partnerships, commercial, channel marketing or sales enablement.

What matters is that you’re enthusiastic, great at building relationships, commercially minded, organised and have the personality to engage and influence sales teams. Experience working with frontline sales environments would be particularly valuable. Most importantly, you’ll be someone who wants to make things happen.

For the right person, this is an opportunity to join a small, entrepreneurial and highly innovative team at an important point in its growth, with the chance to take genuine ownership early in your career and build a seriously strong commercial CV.

Based onsite near London Bridge/Waterloo, you’ll have the autonomy to manage your own diary, balancing time with the team with getting out into the market, working directly with ISP partners and their sales teams to drive activity and make things happen.
