Partnership Manager – Global Drinks Brand / Retail Business – London – Up to £55,000 plus package
We’re working with a leading drinks FMCG and on-trade business with an exciting portfolio of brands and a growing network of franchise partners. This brand has grown globally over the years, with an iconic range of products and high-revenue operational sites, with a strong franchise model.
As the business continues to evolve, they are looking for a Partnership Manager to join the commercial team and play a key role in strengthening relationships with franchise partners, ensuring consistency across the estate and supporting successful new openings. This is a highly collaborative, people-focused role for someone who enjoys being close to the operation, building strong relationships and bringing different stakeholders together to deliver great commercial outcomes.
As Partnership Manager, you’ll act as a key link between the business and its franchise partners, helping to ensure that the customer proposition, operational standards and commercial framework are consistently delivered. You’ll work across a broad range of areas including beverage, IT systems, supply chain and new openings, partnering with franchisees and internal teams to identify opportunities, solve challenges and support continued growth.
Regular travel will be an important part of the role, with time spent visiting franchise partners and sites across the UK. The role will be London-based.

Partnership Manager responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with franchise partners and key stakeholders.
- Act as a key commercial point of contact, supporting partners to operate effectively within the agreed business framework.
- Ensure consistency of the beverage proposition, including standards, suppliers, range and commercial opportunities.
- Work closely with IT and operational teams to support the implementation and adoption of relevant systems and technology.
- Partner with supply chain teams and franchisees to identify and resolve supply-related issues.
- Support the planning and delivery of new site openings, ensuring partners are fully prepared across systems, supply chain, beverage and operational requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve the franchise proposition and share best practice across the network.
- Collaborate with internal commercial, operations, finance, supply chain, IT and other teams to deliver against partner needs.
- Manage competing priorities effectively, balancing the needs of franchise partners with the wider commercial strategy.
- Travel regularly to partner sites across the UK, providing hands-on support and maintaining strong relationships.
The Ideal Partnership Manager candidate:
- Experience in a partnership, account management, franchise, commercial or field-based role.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
- The confidence to work with a broad range of stakeholders, from franchise owners and operators through to senior internal teams.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach and the ability to navigate complex issues.
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how operational decisions impact the customer and the P&L.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- A willingness and ability to travel regularly across the UK.
- Experience within FMCG, food & beverage, hospitality, leisure, retail or the wider on-trade environment would be advantageous.
