Partnerships Manager
Hybrid - London (3 days per week)
£55,000 - £65,000 (+ commission)
About the role
Yonda is expanding its Partnerships division and hiring a Partnership Manager to own a vertical within our referral ecosystem, reporting to the Head of Partnerships. You'll drive the day-to-day strategy and execution for your space and build the partner network from the ground up, working closely with the Head of Partnerships on direction and escalations.
The opportunity
You'll take ownership of your vertical hunting, farming, and strategic planning with autonomy. You'll become the recognized industry expert in your space, build a genuine reputation within the partner community, and design a scalable pipeline rather than inherit one. We will train you on Yonda's full product suite whilst you grow your vertical expertise.
What you'll do
- Drive the outbound strategy for your vertical
- Source, engage, and onboard new referral partners against a plan you build and refine
- Lead market mapping and analysis of the partner ecosystem in your vertical, using your own judgment to prioritize where the highest-value opportunities sit
- Build trusted, reciprocal relationships with partners; design and manage tiered engagement plans across your partner base
- Convert partner relationships into qualified pipeline for Yonda's Sales team, with accountability for lead quality as well as volume
- Own KPIs across both partner acquisition and lead generation - track, report on, and optimize your own output
- Build genuine subject matter expertise in your industry and act as Yonda's face to that community externally
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing on lead handover, partner content, and joint campaigns
- Represent Yonda at partner meetings, conferences, and industry events

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
