Overview

Ideally based in the North West or London. Account Management of existing partner agents and onboarding of new partner agents. To maintain and increase the volumes of contracts from partner agents. Assist with agent understanding of RentGuarantor product, development and processes. Provide a relationship link between the operations and sales team on anything that needs human intervention.

Responsibilities

  • To book and conduct regular contact sessions with partner agents and their teams, via Branch Visits, Teams Calls, and Telephone to ensure full utilisation of RentGuarantor. Delivering training where required.
  • Building trust and strengthen relationships within:
    • Private Rental Letting Agencies
    • Councils / Housing Associations
    • Universities
    • Alternative Student Accommodation providers
    • Strategic Partners
    • Living Sector Providers
  • Assist the New Business sales team at conferences and city visits with winning new partnerships.
  • Provide weekly/monthly contact with last contact/meetings dates and contracts using HubSpot reporting.
  • Fully responsible for all assigned company owner B2B account management, client retention, training, and improvements.
  • Drive increased value from relationships with partners.
  • Ensure any product development is communicated effectively.
  • Complaints and query reporting and handling, overcome objections and industry challenges.
  • Where product opportunities are highlighted, report them effectively.
  • Where improvements in marketing are highlighted – feed them back into line manager to gain sponsorship for change.
  • To understand the role of Line Manager and be able to cover them during holidays/absence if required.
  • Attend industry conferences and work on the stand to promote our product(s).
  • Carry out branch visits with partner agents at least four (4) times a month to increase knowledge and engagement. Make sure promotional material is delivered, available, and understood.
