Partnerships Manager | PiXL | £45,000 | Remote, Flexible, Full-Time, Permanent

PiXL is the UK's largest education leadership network. For over 25 years, we've worked alongside school leaders to provide evidence-informed strategies, professional development, and collaborative networks that drive sustainable improvement across thousands of schools and colleges. This role is about growing partnerships that help PiXL transform education and improve life chances.

The Role: Develop Partnerships That Power Impact

  • Develop new strategic partnerships across commercial and charitable sectors
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of long-term corporate relationships
  • Secure sponsorship, fundraising and partnership income
  • Lead partnership delivery from proposal through to impact reporting
  • Build trusted relationships that strengthen PiXL's influence and reach

A Day in the Life

No two days look identical, but every day is dynamic and powered by our mission to improve life chances. You'll be involved in:

  • Commercial partnerships — developing relationships with corporates, advancing sponsorship and partnership opportunities that create long-term value
  • Proactive fundraising — identifying and securing funding from businesses, charitable trusts, foundations and grant providers that support growth
  • Partnership management — delivering exceptional account management, ensuring every partner receives an engaging, professional and measurable experience
  • Collaborative delivery — coordinating partnership activities across PiXL, ensuring sponsorship, campaigns and commitments are delivered successfully
  • Impact reporting — developing meaningful reports that share the value, reach and social impact of every partnership and funding relationship
  • Relationship growth — identifying opportunities, strengthening existing relationships and positioning PiXL as a trusted long-term strategic partner

What You'll Bring

You will likely have:

  • Experience developing commercial partnerships or sponsorships
  • Experience in fundraising, philanthropy or grant funding
  • Strong relationship management and account management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships simultaneously
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • A commercial mindset combined with a passion for social impact

Bonus, but not essential:

  • Experience within education, charities or membership organisations
  • Experience managing corporate sponsorship programmes
  • Experience writing successful funding bids or grant applications
  • Experience producing impact reports and Theory of Change frameworks
  • Existing relationships with businesses, charitable trusts or foundations
