Company Description Tarafi Capital Advisory is a global boutique M&A and capital advisory firm focused on private markets. The firm advises founders, operators, and corporate clients on sell-side exits ranging from $10M to $1B, buy-side acquisition sourcing, and institutional capital raises from pre-seed through growth equity. Tarafi Capital Advisory works with a select group of clients, providing tailored, high-impact advisory services. All engagements are managed on a strictly confidential basis, offering candidates exposure to complex, high-value transactions in an international setting.
Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Partnerships Manager. The Partnerships Manager will identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that support Tarafi Capital Advisory’s deal flow, client acquisition, and market presence across global private markets. - Building and maintaining relationships with founders, operators, corporates, and ecosystem partners
- Coordinating joint initiatives
- Creating partnership proposals and agreements
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align partnership activities with business objectives
- Tracking performance metrics
- Refining partnership strategies based on data-driven insights

The Partnerships Manager will also represent the firm in virtual meetings, industry networks, and online communities to expand the firm’s reach and reputation. Pay is related to partnership management and establishment. Any income related to partnerships will have a revenue split with the new team member.
Qualifications
- Strong Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships skills, with experience initiating, structuring, and growing collaborative relationships.
- Proven Account Management skills, including relationship maintenance, stakeholder coordination, and ongoing partner support.
- Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating partnership opportunities, market trends, and performance data.
- Clear and effective Communication skills for presenting partnership value, drafting proposals, and interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or related financial services is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Comfort working with global partners and cross-cultural environments; prior international exposure is an advantage.
