Serenade

Serenade is a subsidiary of Vinyl Group and a pioneer of innovative music products and digital fan experiences.

Our NFC-enabled formats - including mini vinyl, mini cassettes, lanyards, wristbands, stickers and clothing tags - help artists, record labels, events and brands unlock exclusive content, collect fan data and create more engaging campaigns.

Since launching in 2020, Serenade has delivered campaigns for more than 200 global artists including Ariana Grande, Lewis Capaldi, Twenty One Pilots, Muse, Yungblud, Zayn, Take That, Maisie Peters and Mariah Carey.

We work with over 100 record labels including Warner Music Group, Sony, Universal, Beggars Group, Concord, Believe, EGA, Virgin, Ditto, FUGA and PIAS.

Serenade’s Smart Formats are chart eligible in the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Belgium, Austria and the Netherlands, with additional territories expected in 2026.

The Role

We are looking for a commercially minded, proactive and adaptable Partnerships Manager to grow Serenade’s work with record labels, artist teams, managers, live events and other partners.

This is primarily a commercial role. Most of your time will be spent identifying opportunities, starting new conversations, meeting prospective partners, developing proposals and progressing deals through to close. Your targets and performance will be primarily measured against commercial results. Serenade is a small team, so the role is broader than sales alone.

You will also take ownership of our social media and regular email updates, contribute to campaign and partner materials, and occasionally support campaign delivery when needed.

The right person will have proven sales ability while also enjoying the variety of working in a small team. They will be organised, responsive, comfortable working at pace and able to take ownership without needing constant direction.

What You'll Do:

Partnerships and commercial development

  • Identify relevant opportunities across record labels, artist management, live events, promoters, agencies and brands
  • Research and approach prospective partners through targeted outreach, calls, introductions and industry events
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of commercial opportunities
  • Understand each partner’s objectives and identify where Serenade’s products and technology can add value
  • Develop tailored campaign concepts, proposals, presentations and pricing
  • Present Serenade confidently and explain its products, technology and commercial value clearly
  • Manage opportunities from the initial conversation through proposal, negotiation, payment and campaign launch
  • Follow up consistently, maintain momentum and ensure every active opportunity has a clear next step
  • Keep pipeline activity, values, notes and next actions accurate and up to date in the CRM
  • Develop existing relationships and identify repeat, renewal and expansion opportunities
  • Represent Serenade at relevant meetings, conferences and industry events

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
