Partnerships Manager – Training Sales
📍 Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office)
💰 Salary: £30,000–£42,000 (dependent on level)
🎯 OTE: £8,000–£12,000
We are seeking an experienced and driven Partnerships Manager to join a growing Training Sales team within a national training provider specialising in IT, digital and HR programmes.
This is a hybrid, London-based role focused on building and managing employer partnerships to support employment outcomes for Skills Bootcamp and ASF graduates. You will lead new business development activity, generate client relationships, and create sustainable hiring pipelines across key sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve agreed activity and new client acquisition targets
- Develop and manage your own B2B sales pipeline
- Conduct proactive outreach, sales calls, meetings, webinars, and sector events
- Build long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite
- Deliver sector-focused engagement plans
- Cross-sell training and workforce development solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM records and compliance processes
- Support learners with interview preparation and employer introductions
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years’ B2B sales experience
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers
- Strong commercial awareness and solution-focused mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident delivering presentations and sector briefings
- Highly self-motivated with drive, resilience, and determination
- Professional, credible, and relationship-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and lead initiatives with minimal supervision
