The role is within Confido Network. Confido is a leading global affiliate network that connects advertisers with publishers to drive profitable growth through performance marketing. With a commitment to innovation, integrity, and collaboration, Confido Network is at the forefront of the affiliate marketing industry.

Confido Network is seeking an experienced iGaming professional – a dynamic and results-driven Partnerships Manager with an affinity for business development to join our team. The successful candidate will help the media network achieve its long-term goals and expand into new markets by locating new business opportunities, researching leads, establishing relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying opportunities within our current publisher base.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assessing the company's strategy and industry trends to develop strategies to gain new clients
  • Identify potential publishers for the Confido network, approach them to discuss our offering, and onboard them
  • Maintain accurate records of affiliate partners, including contact information and payment details
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our affiliate partners at all times
  • Industry Awareness - Stay informed about the latest developments, trends, and news in the affiliate marketing and iGaming industries. Share industry knowledge and insights with the team to support strategic decision-making
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance – ensure new affiliates adhere to Confido's compliance guidelines and ethical standards
  • Deal Negotiation - collaborate with potential advertisers and publishers to negotiate and secure new partnership deals that align with Confido Network’s strategic goals and objectives
  • Attend industry events to network with potential partners worldwide

You will be accountable for:

  • Maintaining partner satisfaction within your portfolio of affiliates

You will be supporting:

  • Your affiliates
  • The Senior Partnerships Manager and the wider team

Your skillset:

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing/business development with a minimum of 3-5 years in the iGaming industry
  • Strong negotiation and deal-making skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
