Our partner already supports over nearly 500,000 teachers with AI tools that save time, engage students and streamline school operations. Their mission is to make world-class AI accessible to schools across the UK and beyond. This is a rare chance to get in at the ground floor and shape how the business sells as it grows.
They are now looking to hire their first Sales/Partnerships Manager to support the growth of the business by building long term, strategic relationships across the Education sector.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading the full sales cycle - from prospecting, demos, negotiating to closing - across Schools, MATs, Colleges & International Schools
- Alongside New Business, identifying X-sell & Up-sell opportunities across larger organisations
- Selling consultatively to headteachers, digital leads and MAT directors
- Identifying and pursuing international opportunities
- Working with product, marketing and customer success to refine the offer
- Representing the company at conferences, webinars and industry events

What we're looking for:
- Experience selling EdTech or education services into schools, ideally MATs
- Strong knowledge of the Education sector more broadly
- Confidence discussing AI in education, and real curiosity about its potential
- A self-starter, comfortable building without an established playbook
- Strong CRM discipline, with accurate pipeline management and forecasting
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with senior leaders
- Knowledge of utilising HubSpot CRM would be beneficial
