We are working with a fast-growing sports organisation who is looking for a Partnerships Manager to join its expanding commercial team. The role will focus on developing, managing and activating commercial partnerships across multiple sporting organisations and markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop partnership strategy and identify new commercial opportunities
- Create partnership proposals, presentations and sales materials
- Manage partner relationships and day-to-day accounts
- Develop and deliver sponsorship activations and campaigns
- Coordinate activity across internal teams and external partners
- Manage contracts, budgets, timelines and partnership rights
- Measure partnership performance and demonstrate ROI
- Support events, hospitality, content and renewals

- Experience in sports partnerships, sponsorship, commercial activation or account management
- Strong relationship, presentation and project management skills
- Commercially minded with a creative approach
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders
- Understanding of sponsorship and partnership principles
- Ideally, experience in women's sport and/or working across multiple markets
