💷 £40,000 - £45,000 + Benefits like 30 days annual leave off the bat!

We're working with a fast-growing technology business that's expanding internationally and is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to play a key role in the growth of several high-profile commercial partnerships across the UK and Europe.
This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team where you'll own partner relationships from onboarding through to long-term success, helping deliver exceptional service while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.

What you'll be doing:
- Managing strategic partner relationships from onboarding through to ongoing delivery.
- Acting as the main point of contact for key partners, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
- Building strong commercial relationships and identifying opportunities to maximise partnership growth.
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver projects on time and exceed partner expectations.
- Monitoring performance, reporting on KPIs and ensuring contractual commitments are achieved.
- Supporting the launch of new international partnerships as the business continues to expand.

What we're looking for:
- Experience in Partnership Management, Account Management or Customer Success.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to spot growth opportunities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong organisation and project management abilities.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with strategic or enterprise clients would be advantageous.
