Role: Retail Partnerships Manager

Location: South UK (hybrid 2 days in office!)
Salary: up to £41,000 plus bonus and perks!

About the Role

Our client, a leading beauty manufacturer, is looking for a Retail Partnerships Manager to become the key day-to-day contact for two major retail customers, including a leading high street retailer and a national grocery partner.

This role is centred around building strong customer relationships and ensuring products and projects run smoothly from end to end. Working closely with internal teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing and Product, you will coordinate activity, manage retailer requests and ensure excellent service is delivered at every stage.

This is not a heavily sales-focused role and has limited involvement in new product development, making it ideal for someone who enjoys relationship management, organisation and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
