Help us build the partnerships that power our next phase of growth 🚀
Talent Nexus is one of the UK's fastest-growing recruitment technology businesses. In just four years, we’ve grown to managing over £50 million in annual advertising spend, supporting 1,000+ recruitment businesses and partnering with some of the biggest names in the recruitment industry.
Our growth has been fuelled by strong partnerships with organisations including LinkedIn, Indeed, The Recruitment Network (TRN), TEAM and The Talent Labs. These relationships are a huge part of our future, and we're looking for a Partnerships Manager to help us take them to the next level.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves building relationships, creating momentum and turning great partnerships into measurable business impact.
The Role
As Partnerships Manager, you'll be the engine room behind some of our most important relationships.
- You'll work closely with our Chief Revenue Officer to bring partnership strategy to life - owning the day-to-day relationship management, keeping initiatives moving, spotting opportunities and ensuring our partners feel valued, engaged and supported.
- The CRO will lead the big-picture strategy and executive relationships. Your role will be to bring the structure, energy and follow-through that turns ideas into action.
- You'll have the autonomy to own relationships, make things happen and become a key part of our growth story.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
