Partnership Manager
Salary: £40,000 Base
On-Target Earnings (OTE): £80,000
Purpose of the Role
The Partnership Manager is responsible for growing the value of our clients dealer network by building long-term relationships, increasing auction performance, creating an engaged buyer community, and identifying commercial opportunities that improve both sold percentage and profit per unit.
Key Responsibilities
Dealer Partnerships
- Build trusted relationships with motorhome dealers across the UK.
- Spend approximately two days each week visiting dealers and partners.
- Identify opportunities for dealers to both buy stock from and sell stock through our client.
- Proactively develop relationships with new dealerships.
Buyer Community
- Build a thriving community around our client auctions.
- Organise regular customer events, networking opportunities, and social gatherings.
- Create reasons for buyers to engage with our client beyond auction day.
Auction Growth
- Host an online viewing event the day before each auction to build anticipation.
- Promote upcoming auction stock to maximize dealer engagement.
- Increase bidder participation and conversion rates.

Industry Presence
- Develop a strong personal brand on LinkedIn.

Commercial Performance
- Constantly identify opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Generate additional buying and selling activity from current partners.
- Create and execute initiatives that increase auction performance and customer engagement.
Ways of Working
- Be proactive in creating opportunities rather than waiting for them.
- Spend office time on outbound calls and relationship building.
- Bring new ideas and continuously improve how the business engages the market.
Success Measures
Success in the role will be measured by:
- Increasing the percentage of vehicles sold through auction.
- Improving average profit per unit.
- Growing dealer participation and repeat buying.
- Winning new dealership partnerships.
- Increasing the volume of stock consigned through dealer relationships.
- Building a highly engaged community around our client's brand.
