Job Description
Your Role: Partnerships Manager, BT
Global manages outdoor advertising environments on behalf of our partners and transport networks, including Transport for London, bus, roadside, rail, and airport locations. You will play a key role in managing our Outdoor advertising partnership with BT, the UK telecommunications provider. This will include identifying suitable locations for our expanding Street Hub estate – digital street furniture that combine connectivity, advertising, and other services – while ensuring we meet our day-to-day contractual commitments.
As a Partnerships Manager, BT at Global, you’ll act as the day-to-day link between BT, Global, and the internal teams responsible for delivering the contract and managing the outdoor advertising estate. You’ll coordinate people, information, and activity to help new advertising sites progress smoothly.
Working closely with the Head of Partnerships, BT, you’ll support the effective commercial management of the BT estate and help ensure BT receives a consistently high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership and account management (35%): Build a trusted day-to-day relationship with BT; championing their priorities internally. Support partnership meetings, provide performance updates, track actions, complete required reporting, and monitor agreed service levels, KPIs, and governance commitments.
- Street Hub site selection and delivery coordination (35%): Coordinate the early stage of finding and assessing suitable locations for Street Hub units. Lead location review meetings; record feedback, practical constraints, risks, and next steps, and keep key stakeholders updated. Support the handover of agreed locations into the formal planning process and engage with local councils to help applications progress smoothly.
- Estate information and operational support (30%): Keep accurate records of estate assets and site progress in Global and BT systems, including Fusion (Global’s asset management system) and Sitetracker (BT’s site tracking system). Work with BT’s incident management service desk, field teams, and Global operational teams to log faults, track incidents through to resolution, and communicate any impact on booked advertising. Support improvements to ways of working, reporting, and information management.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
