Would you like to use your experience in B2C partnership management and marketing as a Partnerships Manager in a role that offers hybrid working, and the chance to make your mark on a successful portfolio of partnerships and products?

Our client, a leading, award-winning membership organisation, has an exciting Partnerships Manager opportunity where you will be helping drive forward a portfolio of partnerships, long-standing and valued products, and projects through overseeing the negotiation and management of external partners; the promotion of products to customers and existing/prospective members; and the development of additional revenue streams. Through reporting and analysis, you will also be responsible for ensuring that the portfolio and its offering are engaging for members and commercially viable.

  • Taking ownership of the management of offers for members and gift vouchers
  • Managing and developing relationships with new and existing partners and suppliers
  • Supporting with other areas of the portfolio including partners in events and attractions, hire companies, trainers, and venues
  • Conducting analysis and reporting on metrics, competitors, and market trends to identify challenges and opportunities
  • Working closely with marketing and other teams to ensure the communication of portfolio developments to members
  • Supporting marketing campaigns and promotions

I am interested in speaking with candidates who have experience working in a B2C role as a Partnerships Manager, Partnerships Executive, Partnership Development Manager, or Partner Account Manager, with relevant experience in B2C marketing and negotiating/building relationships with partners, as well as communicating with colleagues at all levels. Experience/knowledge of the travel, tourism, or leisure sectors would be ideal but isn't essential.

Salary for this position is: £33,000 p.a. to £35,000 p.a. (depending on experience).

Please note: This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract position.
