At WPS, we're looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting business growth, strengthening client relationships, and identifying new opportunities across our markets and sectors.
Working closely with senior leaders, clients, and internal teams, you'll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer needs are understood and translated into tailored business solutions that support both client and organisational objectives.
🚀 What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the development and delivery of sector and growth strategies
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
- Identifying and generating new business opportunities aligned with growth plans
- Supporting strategic customer management activities and client engagement plans
- Attending industry events, networking opportunities, and customer meetings
- Contributing to bids, tenders, presentations, and business development activities
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
- Delivering reports, presentations, and updates to senior stakeholders
- Managing promotional and PR activities in partnership with the Communications and Marketing teams
- Championing customer feedback and supporting continuous improvement initiatives

⭐ Ideally You'll Also Have
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline
- Experience working within a commercial, professional services, property, construction, or built environment sector
- A proven track record of supporting business growth and delivering opportunities
