Role Description

Join our Cars commercial Supply Management team and play a pivotal role in ensuring we have the strongest contracts and commercials within the car rental market. You will be responsible for executing Booking.com’s commercial strategy in defined markets by developing local opportunities and optimising relationships with key partners. By managing complex negotiations and driving trading performance, you will deliver exceptional value for our customers while ensuring we meet our revenue and margin targets.

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support the development of local opportunities, including new partner contracting, onboarding, commercial negotiation, and promo sourcing.
  • Act as the source of truth for day-to-day trading results, leading internal and external business reviews to drive partnerships toward joint targets.
  • Represent Booking.com to partners during market visits and at local and regional tourism events to foster strong relationships with local stakeholders.
  • Deliver our company revenue and net margin targets for the partners managed within your geographical region.
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, and other cross-functional channels to achieve overall targets, KPIs, and improve partner CX metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong commercial skills, including a proven track record in complex negotiations (commissions, net rates, T&Cs, etc.).
  • Experience working collaboratively as part of cross-functional teams in a dynamic, international environment.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to leverage trading data to deliver outstanding commercial results.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a talent for building strong, lasting relationships.
  • Solution-oriented, adaptable to change, and consistently driven by results.
  • A strong work ethic; self-directed, resourceful, and capable of managing partner relationships independently.
