Partnerships Manager

Corporate and private partnerships

Clear Capital Exchange | Full-time | London | On-Site

About Clear Capital Exchange

Clear Capital Exchange is a foreign exchange and international payments brokerage. We help businesses and private clients move money across borders with better pricing, better execution, and a level of service they will not get from a bank.

We work with clients who have real currency exposure: companies paying international suppliers, businesses trading across multiple currencies, and private clients buying property, moving assets, or managing wealth overseas. Our team comes from institutional FX and payments, and we run the business with that same discipline.

A large share of our growth comes through partnerships. We work with firms whose clients have a currency requirement, and we sit behind them as the FX and payments provider. That channel is where this role sits.

The role

We are hiring a Partnerships Manager to build and manage introducer relationships across our corporate and private partnership channels.

You will identify firms whose clients have a foreign exchange need, open the conversation, agree how the partnership works commercially, and then keep it active. Signing a partner is the start, not the finish. The value comes from partners who consistently refer, and that means staying close to them, keeping FX front of mind, and making sure every client they send us is looked after.

Typical partner verticals include:

  • Estate agents, property developers, and overseas property specialists
  • Wealth managers, IFAs, and private client advisers
  • Accountants, solicitors, and other professional services firms
  • Tax planning and cross-border tax advisers
  • Immigration and relocation advisers
  • Corporate finance and M&A advisers

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This is a role with a lot of autonomy for the level. You will be building your own pipeline of partners and you will own those relationships end to end, with support from the wider sales team on the client side.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential corporate and private partners across target verticals.
  • Run the full partnership cycle: outreach, first meeting, commercial agreement, onboarding, and launch.
  • Agree commercial terms, including revenue share and referral arrangements, with support from senior management.
  • Manage a portfolio of live partners, keeping them engaged and referring consistently.
  • Work with our FX dealers and client-facing team to make sure referred clients are onboarded well and stay with us.
  • Deliver partner training and briefings so their teams know when to flag an FX requirement.
  • Attend industry events, networking, and partner meetings across the UK.
  • Track pipeline, partner activity, and referral volumes accurately in HubSpot.
  • Feed back what you are hearing in the market so we can sharpen the proposition.

Requirements

  • Around two years or more in partnerships, business development, sales, or account management. An existing background in FX partnerships is preferred. Payments, wider financial services, or property is also helpful, and we will look at strong candidates from other sectors.
  • Confident opening cold relationships and holding a commercial conversation with a business owner or senior partner.
  • Organised and self-directed. You can run your own pipeline without being managed day to day.
  • Strong written and verbal communication. You will be the face of Clear Capital Exchange to our partners.
  • Commercially minded, with an interest in how deals are structured and how partners make money.
  • Comfortable learning the technical side of FX quickly, including forwards, spot, and hedging basics. Full training given.
  • Right to work in the UK.

  • Understanding of how introducer and referral models work commercially.
  • Experience using a CRM to manage pipeline properly.

What we offer

  • Basic salary of £45,000 to £50,000 depending on experience, plus uncapped OTE.
  • A clear route to grow into a senior partnerships role as the channel scales.
  • Direct access to senior management and real influence over how we build the partnership channel.
  • Genuine autonomy. You will own your partners rather than working someone else’s list.
  • Support from an experienced FX dealing team so your partners’ clients get looked after properly.
