Partnerships Manager at Spocket

We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Partnerships Manager at Spocket, who will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships with affiliates and influencers to enhance our brand visibility, drive traffic, and increase sales.

What You'll Do:

  • Craft full-funnel affiliates and influencers program, holistically strategizing upper funnel and mid-funnel influencer program and lower funnel affiliates programs.
  • Identify new affiliates and nurture the current top partners to drive customer acquisition goals by implementing effective affiliate marketing strategies.
  • Monitor affiliate performance, optimize campaigns, and manage budgets efficiently.
  • Identify and engage influencers aligned with the brand's values, negotiate partnerships, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable improvement insights for impactful influencer marketing.
  • Spend 70% of the time growing revenue numbers through affiliate marketing programs and 30% of the time driving the upper funnel through influencer programs.
  • Align campaigns with overarching marketing strategies and coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams for integrated and cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Analyze metrics to provide valuable, data-driven insights and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness, guiding future strategies with evidence-based decision-making.
  • Maintain transparent communication with affiliates, influencers, and partners.
  • Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with affiliates, influencers, and industry partners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends while continuously enhancing professional skills to ensure ongoing growth and relevance in the dynamic business landscape.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Must have 4+ years of proven experience in managing affiliate and influencer marketing programs in the SAAS industry.
  • Proficient in using affiliate marketing tools and platforms like Partnerstach, Impact Radius, Share-a-sale, etc.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms, influencer marketing trends, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-backed decisions.
  • Experience with MS Excel /Google Sheets is a must.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and engaging marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
