Ohme is on a mission to accelerate the global transition to clean, affordable energy. We do that by serving as an integrated hardware and software smart-grid platform, focused on the residential EV charging market.
The worlds of energy, transport and artificial intelligence are colliding and Ohme is at the heart of this new era. By using technology and data integrations to connect cars, chargers, people, energy providers and more, Ohme has a powerful platform that puts the consumer at the core.
Ohme has been selling its chargers to consumers since mid 2019 and has had exponential growth since. We are now operating in multiple countries and have partnerships with the likes of VW, Mercedes, Octopus Energy, and other innovative brands.

Ohme Group
Ohme Group is rapidly expanding its role in the energy sector through its connected EV chargers. We are now looking to deliver flexibility services for external partners and other flexible assets. We’re hiring a Partnerships Manager to join our Energy team. You’ll help build our commercial approach, develop a strong partner pipeline and secure partnerships that support Ohme’s ambition to become a leading energy flexibility business.

What you’ll do
- Identify and prioritise potential partners, including OEMs, smart-device manufacturers and flexible-asset owners
- Build your own pipeline and develop relationships with existing partners
- Lead conversations from initial outreach through commercial negotiation and technical scoping
- Create compelling propositions and business cases for working with Ohme
- Work with Product, Trading and Engineering teams to support successful integrations
- Identify new commercial opportunities across flexibility, smart charging and connected energy assets
- Follow energy-market and regulatory developments and translate them into partnership opportunities
- Manage multiple opportunities and grow signed partnerships over time
What you’ll bring
- Three or more years’ experience in partnerships, business development or commercial sales
- Experience in energy, e-mobility, flexibility or connected technology is preferred
- A track record of building relationships, developing opportunities and supporting contract negotiations
- Strong commercial instincts and the confidence to build your own pipeline
- An interest in energy markets and enough technical understanding to discuss integrations and APIs
- A proactive, friendly communication style and the ability to build trust at different levels
- The ability to turn ideas and market insights into commercial action
- Fluent English; another European language is a strong advantage
