Partnerships Manager – Business Growth

Salary: £40,000 base
On-Target Earnings: £80,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission)

Build relationships. Grow a national partner network. Create measurable commercial value.
We’re looking for an energetic and commercially minded Partnerships Manager to develop a nationwide network of business partners and customers.

The opportunity

You’ll take ownership of developing our client’s partner network and increasing its commercial value.

That means building stronger relationships, identifying new opportunities and converting prospective partners into active, repeat customers. You’ll also help create an engaged community around the business and improve the overall customer experience.

There is genuine scope to shape the role, introduce new ideas and influence how the business engages with its market.

What you’ll do

  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with business partners across the UK.
  • Grow existing accounts by understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities to increase activity and value.
  • Build and maintain a strong new-business pipeline through outbound calls, LinkedIn, referrals, customer visits and events.
  • Clearly communicate the value of our client’s platform and convert prospects into active, repeat customers.
  • Create online events and networking opportunities that strengthen customer engagement.
  • Gather customer feedback and use it to improve the overall experience.
  • Build a credible professional presence and collaborate with commercial, operational and leadership teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
