We’re Acquired

Acquired is a next-generation payments business focused on powering recurring commerce.

Our next-generation payment infrastructure and solutions unify and optimise customers' payment ecosystem, providing a competitive advantage and helping them achieve their goals in the digital economy.

We combine this capability with exceptional sector expertise and a highly personal, tailored service focused on long-term partnerships with our customers.

We’re scaling as a business, so if you thrive in an environment that’s constantly evolving, where purpose-driven culture is seen as an enabler to achieve the extraordinary and where our unique differences are celebrated, we could be the place for you!

Role Overview

Our Financial Services portfolio is growing fast. Lenders, collections agencies, and insurers all need to collect repayments and premiums and pay out funds, and the quickest way to reach them is through the software platforms they already use. We're looking for an ambitious, commercially sharp person to open those doors.

You'll own new partner acquisition from start to finish, along with nurturing some existing partners. That means building the target list, opening conversations, running the deal, and getting each partner live and selling.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Bring the Outside In

  • Feed partner and competitor insight to Product and Marketing.
