Partnerships Manager

London | Hybrid
Network Agency - 3 days per week.
Salary: Competitive, DOE

The Job

  • Lead the development, execution and management of strategic brand and media partnerships, acting as the key point of contact between the agency, clients and external partners.
  • Identify, evaluate and secure new brand, media and commercial partnership opportunities that align with client objectives and agency goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, sponsors, media owners and stakeholders to foster collaboration and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, sales and production to craft compelling partnership propositions and generate bold, insight-led ideas.
  • Plan and execute partnership campaigns end-to-end, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, timelines and KPIs from pitch through to delivery.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, preparing post-campaign reports and recommending optimisations for future activity.
  • Support negotiations around partnership terms, budgets, deliverables and contracts to secure value for clients and the agency.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, helping to foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Stay across media, marketing and cultural trends to spot new partnership models and opportunities.

You

  • Solid understanding of partnerships, commercial strategy or account management, with the ability to identify and develop commercially viable partnership opportunities.
  • Proven track record managing high-value brand or media partnerships from pitch to execution.
  • Motivated by creative solutions that solve client challenges beyond traditional media.
  • Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills, comfortable negotiating budgets, deliverables and terms.
  • Familiarity with integrated campaign planning across digital, content, experiential and influencer.
  • Curious about emerging technologies, including AI, and open to exploring how automation can enhance creativity, performance and efficiency.
  • Excellent presentation and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Comfortable mentoring junior team members and supporting their development.
