Job Description

This role will be based in London, United Kingdom

At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

Role Overview

LinkedIn Studio is LinkedIn’s end-to-end marketing shop dedicated to helping B2B brands achieve their business objectives by maximizing the power of LinkedIn. Combining LinkedIn’s brand, IP, data, and experiences with its scale as the world’s largest professional network, LinkedIn Studio’s Partnerships team creates innovative, high-impact partnerships that drive measurable results. LinkedIn Studio’s Partnership solutions span content, research, events, co-marketing, and first-to-market product innovations, with a focus on increasing LinkedIn’s share of B2B brand advertising budgets. This is a growing and dynamic team, and a unique moment to help build the future of LinkedIn’s partnership model, turning the art of the possible into reality for our customers.

LinkedIn Studio is seeking a Partnerships Manager, EMEA & LATAM. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting marketing partnerships from pitch to activation, ensuring seamless execution, operational rigor, and effective communication. You’ll collaborate closely with Studio Leads, Sales, clients, and cross-functional partners to develop and execute compelling partnership solutions. You’ll also help maintain program operations, track milestones, manage collateral updates, and support program upkeep.

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring experience in marketing, advertising, and/or production, working with top brands, building relationships across LinkedIn’s ecosystem, and contributing to high-visibility marketing partnerships. You should be comfortable flexing across functions such as integrated marketing, branded content production, and sponsorship strategy, while learning how to scale an emerging function within a complex, well-established organization.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, operates with urgency, is detail-oriented yet creative, and brings a solutions-driven mindset to every challenge. You’re passionate about marketing, advertising, and digital media, and you excel at building strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders. Success in this role will be defined by measurable impact, driving influenced revenue, executing high-quality programs, and strengthening client satisfaction, while also helping scale LinkedIn’s partnerships for greater reach and influence.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
