Things you’ll do in this role:

  • Lead on winning a wide range of project developers
  • Support other team members on winning top priority project developers
  • Own team-wide processes, such as triaging inbound leads and supplier onboarding. You will be responsible for running these effectively as well as improving how they work over time (leveraging AI tools).
  • Isometric champion — represent Isometric at events and in front of key partners across different platforms and geographies

Things we’re looking for:

  • 1-5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong motivation to work on climate and carbon removal, with a willingness to dive into complex topics
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and proactive about getting things done
  • Highly proficient with AI tools like Claude Code or Claude Cowork
  • Clear and confident communicator — able to break down technical concepts to non-expert audiences
  • Desirable: Prior experience in startups and/or technical sectors (e.g. finance, law, software)
  • Desirable: STEM background
