Title: Partnerships Success Manager
Reports to: Head of Group Sales
Department: Commercial Sales
Hours: Full Time, 39.5 hrs per week
Location: Hybrid, Remote (3 days in office)

Role Purpose:
The Partnership Success Manager will play a pivotal role within the Chain Partnerships team, acting as the bridge between new partner acquisition and ongoing partner engagement.

Working closely with the Commercial Partnerships Lead, Client Services team, and internal stakeholders, the role will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding, implementation, operational management, and optimisation of chain partnerships. This includes managing launch activity, stock allocation, promotional campaigns, partner testing, contracting support, and day-to-day relationship management.
The successful candidate will ensure partners experience a seamless journey from contract signature through to launch and ongoing delivery, helping maximise commercial performance, operational efficiency, and partner satisfaction.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
Essential:
- Previous experience in Partnership Management, Account Management, Client Services, Commercial Operations, or a similar role.
- Experience managing onboarding, implementation, or project delivery activities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- High attention to detail and ability to deliver against deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using CRM systems.

Desirable:
- Experience working with restaurant, hospitality, retail, or loyalty partnerships.
- Experience supporting commercial contracts and partnership agreements.
- Experience coordinating promotional campaigns or marketing activity.
- Understanding of membership, rewards, or loyalty programmes.
