Company Description

Aqtiv is dedicated to empowering people to live active, healthy lives by turning everyday movement into tangible rewards. The app goes beyond simple activity tracking by motivating and engaging users through meaningful incentives that encourage consistent physical activity. By connecting movement with rewards, Aqtiv App supports users in building healthier habits and a more rewarding lifestyle. The platform is in its early growth phase, offering opportunities to help shape its future impact as it prepares for launch.

The Role

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will be responsible for building Aqtiv's partner pipeline from the ground up — identifying the right brands, pitching the value of joining our platform, negotiating commercial terms, and onboarding partners so their offers are live in the app.

This is a relationship role. The best partners will stick around because they see genuine engagement and redemption from Aqtiv's users — and you will help them understand that value.

You will report directly to the founder and work closely with the product team to ensure the partner experience is seamless from sign-up to reward delivery.

This is a part-time, fully remote position offered initially on a 3-month contract, with the opportunity to extend or move into a permanent role with Aqtiv as the partnership catalogue and company grow.

What You'll Do

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
