About the role
We’re excited to be recruiting for a Partnership Manager to join WWF-UK’s Partnerships team and help deliver and grow some of our most important corporate relationships.
At WWF-UK we work with leading companies to better understand the challenges facing nature and to find solutions that help tackle the threats to our planet. Through ambitious partnerships we influence the policies and actions of businesses and governments, amplify our voice to show that nature matters, and inspire positive change to help restore nature.
WWF-UK manages a portfolio of sector-leading, long-term partnerships with organisations including Sky, HSBC, GSK, KPMG and Reckitt, among others. These partnerships play a critical role in helping us deliver income, influence and advocacy that enable us to scale our impact.
As a Partnership Manager you will lead the delivery and development of key corporate partnerships and projects, delivering excellent partnership management while maximising the strategic value of each relationship.
You will either manage a portfolio of partnerships directly or lead key workstreams as part of a matrix team supporting one of our larger strategic partnerships. In doing so, you will work closely with colleagues across WWF-UK and the wider WWF network, as well as with partner organisations and agencies.
The role sits within the Partnerships Management Unit, which is responsible for delivering and growing WWF-UK’s portfolio of existing corporate partnerships, ensuring the strategic value of each partnership through securing income, influence, communication, and impact in line with our strategy. and ensuring they create meaningful impact for nature while delivering value for our partners.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
