Partnerships Manager
We're partnered with an innovative data & technology business that is looking for a commercially driven Partnerships Manager to take ownership of a major retail account and drive significant growth across its FMCG supplier network.
This role involves a blend of strategic account management + enterprise sales + commercial growth, with the autonomy to build relationships, identify opportunities and directly influence revenue.
What will you own?
- Grow and deepen relationships with senior stakeholders across a major retail organisation
- Identify, pitch and close new FMCG customers
- Own complex sales cycles and high-value commercial negotiations
- Build bespoke propositions using complex data and customer insight
- Drive onboarding, engagement, retention and renewals
- Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships
- Use AI and technology to work smarter and improve efficiency
- Build towards a Team Lead opportunity as the account grows

What are they looking for?
You’ll be a commercially minded relationship builder who is comfortable operating in complex organisations and taking ownership of a number.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder relationships within large organisations
- A proven track record of winning high-value contracts (£1m+ ideally)
- Strong consultative / enterprise sales experience
- Experience turning complex data into compelling commercial propositions
- The confidence to engage senior decision-makers
- An entrepreneurial, proactive mindset
- Experience across retail, FMCG, insight, data, consultancy or technology would be particularly relevant

Salary
£50,000-£60,000 (DOE) base + commission
