Telecoms Partnership Manager
Are you a Telecoms Partnership Manager with recent UK telecoms experience and a history of developing strategic relationships, building indirect sales channels within the UK-telcoms ecosystem with wholesale fibre providers, MSPs, System Integrators, Resellers, Carriers, and Technology Partners? Ideally you will have over 5+ years of direct and relevant experience working for companies selling Network Connectivity (DIA, Ethernet, Fibre Broadband etc.).
First Point Group have an exciting opportunity with an established UK telecom company entering an exciting phase of growth, with ambitious plans to expand its B2B Enterprise and Wholesale business and strengthen its commercial team.
This is not your traditional Partnership Manager role where you inherit existing partnerships to manage – this is an opportunity for you to have commercial ownership of the partnership strategy for you to build and scale a revenue-generating partner ecosystem. Working closely with Senior Leadership, you will play a key role in establishing new routes to market, driving partner-led revenue and shaping the future of a growing business.

With an established fibre infrastructure footprint and ambitious commercial growth plans, the business is looking for an experienced Partnership Manager to develop its indirect sales channel and build strategic relationships across the UK technology ecosystem.

This is an opportunity to play a central role in developing a partner-led growth engine, working closely with commercial leadership to identify new routes to market and generate sustainable enterprise connectivity revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic partner acquisition and growth plan across MSPs, Systems Integrators, Resellers, Carriers, and technology partners.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners capable of generating enterprise connectivity opportunities.
- Build and manage a measurable partner-sourced and partner-influenced sales pipeline.
- Develop joint business plans, co-selling initiatives, and go-to-market programmes.
- Establish trusted relationships with senior commercial and technical stakeholders.
- Identify new routes to market and opportunities to expand geographic reach.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Solutions, and Marketing teams to accelerate partner-generated opportunities.
- Lead commercial reviews, pipeline forecasting, and partner performance reporting.
- Represent the business at industry events, partner forums, and networking opportunities.
- Develop a repeatable framework for partner acquisition, onboarding, activation, and revenue growth.
Experience
- Proven experience in channel sales, strategic partnerships, partner development, or indirect sales.
- Background in telecommunications, enterprise connectivity, ISP, wholesale fibre, or managed network services.
- Demonstrable success recruiting partners and generating revenue through indirect sales channels.
- Established understanding of MSPs, Systems Integrators, VARs, and telecoms resellers.
- Knowledge of enterprise connectivity products such as DIA, Ethernet, leased lines, WAN, or SD-WAN.
- Strong commercial acumen, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Experience developing joint business plans and partner go-to-market initiatives.
- Ability to engage effectively with senior commercial and technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial approach to identifying and converting commercial opportunities.
