About The Business
We're recruiting on behalf of what is genuinely one of the best businesses we've worked with in Northampton.
That's easy for us to say because we've placed over 60% of their current workforce, so we know exactly what it's like to work there. We've seen the business grow, met the team and built relationships throughout the organisation.
The culture is one of the biggest selling points.
- They're a welcoming group of people who work hard, support each other and enjoy what they do.
- There's plenty of energy around the office, plenty of personality and absolutely no room for big egos.
- People enjoy coming to work.
- People care about doing a good job.
- And while everybody works hard, nobody takes themselves too seriously.
The Opportunity
This isn't an account management role.
This isn't a role where you'll spend your day hidden behind emails.
This is a sales role in the truest sense.
You'll be responsible for generating new opportunities, building relationships and converting conversations into business with Management Companies across the UK.
You'll be promoting inspection, maintenance and facilities management services, managing a high volume of opportunities and developing relationships with key decision makers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
