Partnerships Manager – Business Development

Elev8 Group | London | Full-time | On-site

Company Description

Elev8 Group is a fast-growing foreign exchange business helping UK companies manage international payments, currency risk and global growth.

We provide businesses with access to competitive FX rates, multi-currency collection accounts, international payment solutions, risk management and trade finance - combining strong financial infrastructure with a highly personal, relationship-led service.

Since launching in 2024, we've worked with 700+ corporate clients and exchanged more than £200 million, and we're continuing to expand our commercial team in London.

The Role

We're looking for a commercially driven Partnerships Manager to join our London team.

Despite the title, this is fundamentally a business development role. You'll be responsible for building your own network, developing relationships with business owners and decision-makers, generating new opportunities and ultimately bringing new corporate clients into Elev8.

This isn't a role centred around sitting behind a desk managing existing partnerships. We want someone who enjoys meeting people, opening doors and creating business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who We're Looking For

We're less interested in someone who has spent years with the exact title "Partnerships Manager" and more interested in finding someone who is naturally commercial, ambitious and good with people.

You'll ideally have:

  • Confidence speaking with founders, directors and senior decision-makers
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive mentality - you're comfortable creating opportunities rather than waiting for leads
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to manage your own pipeline and stay organised
  • A competitive and ambitious mindset

Why Elev8?

We're building a business where strong commercial people can have a genuine impact.

You'll be joining an ambitious team in the City of London with the opportunity to build your own network, develop commercially and play a meaningful role in the next stage of Elev8's growth.

For the right person, this isn't just about filling a Partnerships Manager position - it's an opportunity to build a serious book of business, develop long-term relationships and grow with the company.
