Partnership Manager (Part-time, Temporary - 3 months)

Fancy a genuine foot in the door with a growing sustainability business? We're hiring a Partnership Manager to join our Business Growth team in Oxford.

About Us

Enistic helps UK businesses measure, report and manage their carbon emissions. Our Carbon Accounting Platform supports compliance with frameworks like SECR, ESOS and SBT. In short: we're helping organisations move towards net zero, and we're building the team to get there faster.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a commercial, relationship-focused role at the heart of our partner network. You'll:

  • Recruit partners — identify, approach and onboard new partners, building a strong and growing pipeline
  • Manage accounts — be the key point of contact for existing partners, nurturing productive, lasting relationships
  • Drive sales — work alongside partners to set targets and turn opportunities into revenue
  • Report on performance — track pipeline activity and sales metrics, reporting to the Head of Operations
  • Collaborate — work with internal teams to give partners the support they need to succeed It's a target-driven role, with commission to reward strong results.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Proven experience in partnerships, business development or account management
  • Strong sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, with the discipline to manage your own time across 20 hours a week
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management (HubSpot)

Nice to have:

  • Experience with partner or reseller networks
  • Experience in sustainability
  • An existing professional network relevant to our sector
