Partnership Marketing & Activation Manager

Contract (5 months with a likelihood to extend)
London, hybrid
£260-£280k pd

An exciting opportunity to join a leading global entertainment brand as a Partnership Marketing & Activation Manager, driving partner marketing activity across the UK&I and EMEA.

You'll manage strategic partnerships, lead integrated campaigns and identify opportunities to drive subscriber growth, engagement and commercial value.

We're looking for:

  • 5+ years' marketing experience in partnership, integrated or consumer marketing in the streaming or entertainment space
  • Proven experience leading partner marketing campaigns and managing external stakeholders/agencies
  • Strong campaign planning, execution and performance analysis skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
  • Commercially minded, with an understanding of budgets, ROI and subscriber/customer growth
  • Strong creative judgement and experience delivering multi-channel campaigns
  • Exceptional organisation, attention to detail and communication skills
  • Comfortable working at pace in a high-profile, fast-moving environment

The role:

  • Lead day-to-day marketing relationships with strategic partners
  • Develop and deliver partner marketing and launch plans
  • Lead multi-channel and above-the-line campaigns from brief through to execution
  • Identify and pitch high-value marketing opportunities
  • Manage external agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee creative development and ensure assets meet brand and studio guidelines
  • Analyse campaign performance, optimise activity and maximise ROI
  • Work cross-functionally across commercial, marketing and local market teams
