We’re Making Travel Effortless. Join Us.
Travel is essential, whether it’s visiting family, starting a new adventure, or taking a career defining trip. Yet today, over 4 billion airline passengers rely on tech that hasn't changed in decades. At Duffel, we’re rebuilding the infrastructure underpinning the global travel industry. Backed by top-tier investors (Benchmark, Blossom, Index Ventures, and Kima Ventures) and born out of Y Combinator (S18), we’re simplifying complex systems to build the future of travel.
Partnerships at Duffel
Partnerships owns Duffel's global supply strategy across airlines, hotels, cars and emerging travel verticals. We work directly with suppliers to unlock high quality content, build commercial frameworks and ensure our platform scales with the industry. As our accommodation portfolio continues to grow, so does the complexity of managing supplier operations, onboarding, customer requests and operational processes. This role sits at the centre of that system, ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day.
The Role
This role is for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex, fast moving environments and making things happen. Working closely with the Head of Stays Partnerships, you'll act as the connective layer between accommodation partners and Duffel's internal teams, translating operational requests into clear actions and making sure nothing falls through the cracks across existing partners and new supplier onboarding.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
