ABOUT TALON.ONE
Talon. One is the most powerful incentives engine that unifies loyalty, promotions and gamification into one holistic platform. Backed by enterprise-grade security and scalability, Talon. One empowers companies to build personalized, profitable promotions and loyalty programs using any data.
Today, over 250 of the world’s most-loved brands including Adidas, Sephora and Carlsberg work with Talon. One to drive deeper engagement and lasting loyalty with their customers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Partnership Sales Engineer, you'll give our technology and agency partners the technical guidance they need to integrate with and build on Talon. One's Incentive engine. Instead of owning a single set of accounts, you'll help existing and new partners across the board recognize when Talon. One is the right fit for their clients, and give them the guidance needed to run successful integration projects. You'll also partner with technology partners, helping them unlock value by connecting their solution to Talon.One.
This role is based in Berlin, Munich or London, with occasional travel (10-20% of your time).
ABOUT THE TEAM
You'll join a 6-person Sales Engineering team in EMEA, part of a 14-person global SE org, reporting to our Head of Sales Engineering EMEA. We're shifting from fast, transactional deals toward deep, trust-based partnerships with accounts like the ones you'd recognize from retail and e-commerce, so this role exists specifically to give that shift the technical weight it needs.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
