About Snomad
Snomad is the fastest-growing platform in skiing, helping skiers and snowboarders discover the best places to ski through authentic ratings, reviews, community insights and detailed resort information.
Our community has contributed over 400,000 skier and snowboarder ratings, alongside tens of thousands of reviews, tips and recommendations.
We’re now growing our commercial team and looking for a Partnerships Sales Executive to help win, grow and retain relationships with leading brands and ski resorts.
The Role
This is a hands-on commercial role covering both new business and partner retention. Initially, you’ll focus on growing Snomad Member Discounts, identifying and onboarding relevant ski, outdoor, travel and lifestyle brands that can provide valuable offers to our community.
As you develop, you’ll also sell Snomad’s wider brand and ski resort partnership opportunities, including digital campaigns, sponsorships and other commercial packages.
You’ll own the full sales cycle, from researching target companies and finding the right decision-makers through to outreach, pitching, negotiation and closing deals.
Just as importantly, you’ll help develop relationships after the initial sale, ensuring partners see value from working with Snomad and maximising year-on-year renewals across Member Discounts, brand partnerships and ski resort partnerships.
You’ll work directly with the founder, who will support you on larger and more complex opportunities, while giving you plenty of autonomy to build your own pipeline and commercial relationships.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant brands, ski resorts and potential commercial partners
- Find the right decision-makers and build a strong prospect pipeline
- Proactively generate new business through email, LinkedIn, calls and other outreach
- Own the sales process from initial contact through to pitch, negotiation and close
- Pitch Snomad’s Member Discounts and wider partnership opportunities
- Understand prospective partners’ objectives and develop appropriate commercial solutions
- Manage follow-ups and opportunities consistently to keep deals moving
- Build strong relationships with partners following the initial sale
- Drive year-on-year renewals across Member Discounts, brand and ski resort partnerships
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional campaigns or partnership activity
- Work with the wider team to ensure partners receive value from their campaigns and partnerships
- Maintain accurate pipeline, renewal and sales reporting
- Work with the founder on larger opportunities and strategic accounts
- Develop a strong understanding of the ski, outdoor and travel markets to identify new commercial opportunities

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
