Role Overview
We are seeking an organised and commercially minded Partnerships & Sponsorship Project Officer to manage and optimise federation sponsorships and global partnerships across Quatro’s portfolio.
You will ensure each partnership delivers strong brand exposure, engagement, and return on investment while maintaining contractual compliance. The role acts as the key link between federations and Quatro’s internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Events, Design, and Production).
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Management
- Main point of contact for all federation partnerships globally
- Review and monitor sponsorship agreements and compliance
- Conduct monthly reviews and maintain partnership records
- Recommend renewals, changes, or discontinuations

Project & Order Coordination
- Build and manage federation event calendars (competitions, deadlines, samples)
- Coordinate internally with events, marketing, design, and production teams
- Oversee design briefs, approvals, and federation orders
- Track timelines and resolve quality control issues
Marketing & Activation
- Support marketing and activation plans with federations
- Provide strategic insights to the marketing team to develop a marketing & activation calendar per federation
- Coordinate joint promotions, campaigns, and content
- Produce post-campaign reports and track engagement

Commercial Oversight
- Monitor and report partnership ROI
- Track deliverables, exposure, and performance
- Identify growth opportunities within each partnership
Skills & Requirements
- Strong organisation, communication, and project management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Commercial awareness and analytical mindset
- Professional English & Professional French
- Proficient in Excel and digital collaboration tools
